Consulting is a very broad and often misused term and we are aware of that. For us, consulting has the meaning of helping you at any stage of your project you would like us to get involved. A consulting engagement pretty often starts with someone in an organisation having a brilliant idea but no technical solution yet. Maybe there is a draft of a technical solution and the stakeholders are unsure if the way forward has be to a traditional HTML-based web application or rather a Flex- or AIR-based Rich Internet Application. We can support such a scenario by providing our technical expertise to support the decision-making process in regards to feasibility, technology choices and collection of requirements to create a business case document or a technical specification.

Code review

Also situated in the area of consulting are code review or architecture review engagement. In those a consultant will work with your organisation to confirm if a project or its architecture is still on track and following best practices. All consulting work can be done on-site (and sometimes would have to) or remotely to keep travel expenses as low as possible but to still provide you with a maximised value of our experience.

User Experience
