Mentoring

A good description for our understanding of mentoring is helping someone to gain a particular level of comfort, confidence and experience in working with Adobe technology. There is a clear distinction between instructor-led training or consulting vs. mentoring. Yes, mentoring could be seen as some sort of hand-holding and bringing people up to speed by working directly with them on a project, by running methodology workshops and evangelising best practices, by being around for questions and challenging discussions, and much more.

Mentoring is usually an on-site engagement but could be provided remotely as well - today's online collaboration tools such as Skype or Adobe Acrobat Connect are very helpful in providing you with the experience of having someone virtually sitting next to you.
